1. Acceptance of Terms

By using pear.monster, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We'll update these terms from time to time — if we make significant changes, we'll let you know.

2. Account Registration

You need an account to register domains. You'll sign in with your phone number and a verification code. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. One account per person, please.

3. Domain Registration

When you register a domain through pear.monster, we process the registration via our registrar partner, OpenProvider. Once registration is complete, you own the domain. We're just the middleman making it fast and painless.

Domain availability and pricing come from the registry and can change at any time. Registration is subject to the registry's policies for each TLD.

4. Payments

We process payments through Stripe. You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a credit/debit card. All prices are shown in USD.

All sales are final. Domain registrations cannot be reversed once processed with the registry. The one exception: if the pear monster picks your domain as the lucky winner of a cycle, you get a full refund automatically. That's the gimmick — embrace it.

5. Privacy

We collect what we need to register domains and run the service. We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

6. WHOIS Information

Domain registration requires accurate contact information per ICANN rules. Your WHOIS data is provided to the registry as part of the registration process. Where available, we enable privacy/proxy services to keep your personal info out of public WHOIS lookups.

7. DNS Management

We provide basic DNS management for your domains. You can update nameservers and DNS records through your dashboard. We do our best to keep DNS propagation fast, but changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate globally — that's just how DNS works.

8. Prohibited Use

Don't use pear.monster to:

• Register domains for phishing, malware, or fraud
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on trademarks or intellectual property
• Spam, abuse, or harass anyone
• Attempt to exploit or attack our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

pear.monster is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that everything will always work perfectly. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
